Police did not reveal when the suspects were arrested.
Aseel was left in serious condition and required a leg amputation, after receiving multiple stab wounds to various parts of his body in the assault.
He received treatment in the ICU at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) for seven days. Doctors told his family on Thursday that his chance of survival was low.
Following police checks, his body was taken to the cemetery on Friday evening.
