JSC to transfer High Court Judge Ahmed Shareef to Juvenile Court

Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has decided to transfer Chief Judge of High Court Ahmed Shareef Ali to Juvenile as a demotion after finding him guilty to conduct allegations, investigated by the commission.

JSC decided to suspend the High Court Judge Ahmed Shareef Ali in May last year after receiving several complaints by seven judges in May 2012 regarding his conduct and the management of High Court.
