Over MVR 100,000 robbed from store in Gaddhoo

Over MVR 100,000 were taken from Vaariya Store in Gaafu Dhaalu Gaddhoo in a robbery earlier this morning.

Robbers broke into the store around 5:45 a.m. and took cigarettes, money and goods, a police media official said.

Sun is aware that the robbers broke the store’s front glass door to get inside. Police station in Gaddhoo is investigating the case.
