Free travel ferry card issued to 451 students: MTCC

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has said that the ferry card that allows free travel between Male’ and Hulhumale’ has been issued to 451 students.

MTCC’s Head of Transport Department Usman Hafiz told Sun Online that the card has been issued to students of schools, colleges, and universities for travel on MTCC ferries.

Free travel between Male’ and Hulhumale’ was offered to students last month.

Usman said that with this card, students can travel for free up to four times daily.

The card can be obtained by submitting a form issued by Hulhumale’ Development Corporation (HDC) to MTCC.
