All arrested in Anbaraa tested positive for drugs: Police

Police say that the party was planned in advance, but they were only informed after the guests had travelled to the island.

Police say they had received information regarding drug dealing in Anbaraa.

The party in Anbaraa was attended by 198 guests, who were all checked by police. Only 79 were arrested.

Shatheeh said that several people in the island were wearing revealing clothes, but no one was naked.

Police also confiscated over MVR 90,000 from Anbaraa.

Chief Inspector Abdulla Shatheeh is speaking at the press conference. Among the drugs found in Anbaraa by police are LSD, cannabis, rubber packets containing drugs, and drugs mixed with tobacco.
