Over MVR 50,000 stolen from house in Meedhoo, Addu City

More than MVR 50,000 has been stolen from a house in Meedhoo, Addu City.

Police said that the theft took place at around 3:00 a.m. last night (Saturday night), and no one has been arrested yet.

Sources have told Sun Online that the house is occupied by an elderly couple, who were sleeping when the thieves entered through the main entrance as no doors in the house were locked.
