Object found on Baarah beach not dangerous: MNDF

Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) has said that the object, resembling an explosive found on the beach of Haa Alifu Baarah on Monday, was not dangerous.

MNDF said experts have viewed the object and have concluded that it is not an explosive. The object is currently in the care of MNDF Northern Area.
