Police search H. Thimaaveshi, arrest three individuals with drugs

The police have commenced a search in the house of Kaashidhoo MP Abdulla Jabir, H. Thimaaveshi, under a court warrant. Sun Online has come to know that the search follows suspicions of a new type of drug being kept in this house, located on Roashanee Magu. Police said that the search began at 8:15 p.m. tonight under a court warrant following suspicions related to drugs and alcohol. Police said that a 23-year-old woman, and two men aged 24 and 27 have been arrested from the house.

H. Thimaaveshi is MP Jabir’s house, but he lives with his wife in Hulhumale’. MP Jabir has not lived in H. Thimaaveshi for some time.

Police have not revealed the name of the new type of drug found at H. Thimaaveshi. Police said that four bottles containing substances suspected to be alcohol, one packet containing a substance suspected to be drugs, one bottle of alcohol, and one empty bottle of alcohol have been discovered at H. Thimaaveshi.
