President appoints Minister of State for Health and Gender

President Abdulla Yameen has appointed Hussain Rasheed as State Minister for the Ministry of Health and Gender.

Hussain Rasheed has a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management and was Permanent Secretary at the previous administration’s Ministry of Gender, Family and Human Rights. Hussain Rasheed boasts numerous years of experience at the Health Ministry.
