Former minister Shafeeu appointed Chairman of Island Aviation

Former Minister of Fisheries and Agriculture Ahmed Shafeeu has been appointed Chairman of Island Aviation.

This has been confirmed to Sun Online by Head of Administration, Island Aviation, Ali Nashath, who said that Shafeeu was informed of this appointment yesterday.

The post of Chairman of Island Aviation was previously held by Ismail Shafeeg.

In addition to Fisheries Minister, Shafeeu also acted as Acting Minister of Home Affairs, and held senior posts in the Education Ministry in the former government.
