High Court introduces regulation on arbitration cases

High Court has introduced a regulation on procedures for arbitration cases.

The regulation was passed by the General Council of High Court Judges yesterday.

The regulation was created under Article 87 of the Arbitration Law of the Maldives.

The Arbitration Law states that the procedures stated in the regulation must be followed when arbitration cases are filed, accepted, and processed by the High Court.
