New Financial Controller appointed

Khadheeja Hussain has been appointed the new Financial Controller at the Ministry of Finance and Treasury.

Until her appointment, Khadheeja Hussain held the post of an Internal Auditor at the Parliament.

Finance Minister Abdulla Jihad told Sun today that Khadheeja Hussain started attending to her duties as the Financial Controller on Thursday.

The former Financial Controller Mohamed Ahmed was dismissed about a month ago, on 19 November, soon after President Yameen took office.
