JSC Committee passes to suspend Judge Ali Hameed

The committee established by the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) to investigate the allegations against Supreme Court Judge Ali Hameed, after a sex video involving him was leaked some months ago, has passed to suspend the judge.

Sun Online has come to know that this decision was passed unanimously by all members of the committee last week.

The committee cited Judge Hameed’s unwillingness to cooperate with the investigation as its reason for the suspension.

Judge Hameed has also not complied with the committee’s summons.

A sex video of Judge Hameed was leaked several months ago on social media. The case is also under investigation by the police.

Concerns have been raised by members of the judicial sector following the delay in taking any action against Judge Hameed.
