Six parties express interest to develop seven plots in Hulhumale

Six parties have expressed interest to develop mixed-use residential complexes and row house units in Hulhumale’.

The call for expression of interest, which expired last Thursday, sought parties for the development of 60 to 70 medium sized mixed-use residential complexes and row house units.

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) revealed the six companies as; Rainbow Construction, AMIN Construction, AMIN Buildware, Top Deck Pvt Ltd, Jausa Property Development and The Wiz Company Pvt Ltd. Calls for proposals were limited to local companies.

HDC has announced that three of the seven plots, designated for the development of mixed-use residential complexes are located in neighbourhood three while the remaining four plots, located in neighbourhood one, have been chosen for row house units.
