JSC chief asks parliament committee to penalize commission member Shuaib

President of the Judicial Serivce Commission Adam Mohamed Abdulla has filed a case with the Parliament Committee on Independent Institutions, asking to penalize JSC member Shuaib Abdul Rahman over a breach of conduct.

JSC revealed today that the case filed with the parliament committee alleges Shuaib to have breached the JSC member’s code of conduct, stipulated in Article 17 of the commission’s regulation.

The commission also said that the JSC president has detailed the incidents where Shuaib had allegedly breached the code of conduct, and that the details have been copied in letters to the Anti Corruption Commission and Parliament.
