Tourist found dead in Ziyaaraifushi, Summer Island Village

A tourist who went swimming has been found dead in Summer Island Village on Ziyaaraifushi in Male’ atoll.

Summer Island Resort’s Assistant Manger Mohamed Waheed has confirmed to Sun that a tourist was found dead on the island resort today. He did not provide details.

“A tourist who went swimming in the sea has been found dead. Police are now investigating the incident, so we cannot provide anymore details,” Waheed told Sun.
