Abbas Adil Riza appointed as President

President Dr. Mohamed Waheed Hassan Manik has appointed Abbas Adil Riza as the Spokesperson for the President’s Office.

Abbas Adil Riza, H. Nookurikeelage, was a Board Member of Maldives Inland Revenue Authority, but he resigned from the Board last year, during the Presidency of Mohamed Nasheed.

While Adil was appointed as Spokesperson for the President’s Office, Mas’ood Imad was appointed as the Press Secretary at President’s Office immediately after Dr. Waheed took oath.
