Police confiscate

Police have said that they have seized a toy gun today after receiving reports of a real gun being stored in a house in Male’.

A police media official said that the gun was discovered under the staircase of G. Kudafareege and that it was a toy. It was confiscated because they received reports that it was real weapon, the police said.

The official said that there is no need for alarm.
