Police issues notice to find man linked to Artur brothers

Police have issued a notice to find a man named Godzine Sargsyan, believed to be connected to the Artur brothers, which they say is in relation to an investigation that is currently underway.

The Police media official who revealed the information however did not state the nature of the investigation, or whether Godzine Sargsyan was currently in the Maldives.

The information disclosed by the police states that they are seeking for Godzine Sargsyan, a French citizen with the passport number [10CZ05238].

The Artur brothers, suspected of drug trafficking and conducting other illegal activities through making deals with senior government officials in different countries, were recently known to have registered a company in the Maldives named Arthur Brothers World Connection Private Limited. A letter sent by the Ministry of Tourism to the Immigration Department requesting residence visa for the brothers to stay in the Maldives was also recently leaked on social media. The Department of Immigration has revealed that the chairman of their company, Artur Sargsyan had left the country soon after reports of their dealings in the Maldives started circulating in the media.
