Land to be leased from Thoddoo harbor for hotels and restaurants

Alifu Alifu atoll Thoddoo Island Council has decided to lease land from the island’s harbor area to build hotels and restaurants.

An announcement on the gazette by the Council said that a land of 2000 square feet would be leased for the project.

Interested parties are advised to get further information from the Island Council before 3 October 2016. And estimates are to be submitted before 6 October.

Individuals coming to get the information are required to bring a copy of their valid National ID card and companies are to bring a letter with details of their representative.

The announcement from the Thoddoo Council state the point system and the documents required with the estimate.
